We might address two key points; firstly, our Nation's sense of entitlement 'trickling down' to our individual sensibilities, or vice-verse – and second any individual or collective give-and-take attitudes based predominantly on the taking. I think perhaps for democracy to prosper we might introduce more social programs, not less, into our democratic infrastructure.
